The stars of this "Screen Song" cartoon are Bertha and Edgar. They are getting married and the song sung is "For Me and My Gal"
Little Lulu: Cad and Caddy (1947)
Lulu plans her revenge against a distressed golfer who refuses to give her a lollipop after he promised her one for caddying for him.
Popeye: Assault and Flattery (1956)
Bluto is suing Popeye for assault. They both show the judge some scenes from some of their cartoon to prove their case. He may just have a point there.
